Windows and doors should be lubricated every 6 to 12 months depending on your situation. We only use an industrial grade aluminum lubricant and cleaner made specifically to lube any friction points and to keep any plastic or vinyl parts from drying out.

Our standard maintenance program includes an inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of all windows and sliding glass doors. We will discuss any problems or potential problems we may find.
